3.The amount of money received on the specified day and the reason for it should be mentioned in the confirmation slip (G118) and the money should be handed over to the account branch on the same day and a receipt should be obtained for the same (G172).
4.Registration of delayed births and deaths within our territorial boundaries.
5.To collect documents for the purpose of carrying out the overdue registration of persons born and deceased in other areas and to send the list of said documents to the respective Divisional Secretariats.
